Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information WorkersCompDecoded collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective August 2026.
WorkersCompDecoded ("we," "us") is an independent educational website published by Resultex Media Group LLC. We respect your privacy and collect as little information as we reasonably can.
Information we collect
- Automatically: like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may log standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and pages viewed — to keep the site secure and understand what content is useful.
- Cookies: small files stored in your browser (see the Cookies section below).
- Information you give us: if you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, so we can respond.
Cookies & advertising
We use cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. We also intend to display advertising through Google AdSense and other third-party vendors. These partners, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and you can opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu.
- Our cookie-consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential (advertising/analytics) cookies. You can change your choice by clearing your browser storage for this site.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
How we use information
- To operate, secure, and improve the website;
- To respond to messages you send us;
- To display and measure advertising (with your consent where required).
We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
We rely on third-party service providers, which may process limited data on our behalf: our website host/CDN, analytics, advertising partners (Google AdSense), and our contact-form processor. Each has its own privacy practices; Google's are at policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of personalized advertising or the "sale/sharing" of personal information. To make a request, email gene@besedergroup.com.
Data retention & security
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and for our records, and we use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll change the effective date above when we do.
