New York Workers' Compensation Board office locations
The Board runs nine full-service district offices and six customer service centers across the state. Most business is now handled by phone, online, or in virtual hearings — and in-person visits are by appointment only — but here's where every office is and which counties it covers.

- Hearings are virtual by default; to get your next one in person, ask the judge during a virtual hearing.

Retired locationsThe old Hauppauge office is now Islandia (with a Garden City service center), and the Peekskill office has closed — that region is now served by the Manhattan district plus the White Plains and New Windsor service centers. The Schenectady office (328 State Street) is administrative headquarters, not a walk-in hearing site.
